  • 1/4 cup pine nuts or walnuts
  • 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pound russet potatoes
  • 3 Tbsp sweet butter
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 large grilled flank steak (cooked to medium rare and sliced against the grain into slices)
  • 6 ounces mixed greens
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 oz Gorgonzola cheese
