- 1/4 cup pine nuts or walnuts
- 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound russet potatoes
- 3 Tbsp sweet butter
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 large grilled flank steak (cooked to medium rare and sliced against the grain into slices)
- 6 ounces mixed greens
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 oz Gorgonzola cheese
