Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 cups Flamin Hot Cheetos
  • 6 ears corn on the cob (shucked)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • kosher salt, pepper

Instruction

  • In a small bowl whisk together the mayo, sour cream, garlic powder, and chili powder. Set aside.
  • Add the Cheetos to a food processor or blender and blend 10 to 20 seconds or until they are breadcrumb consistency. Set aside in a shallow dish or container.
  • Brush the corn with olive oil on all sides and sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper. Grill the corn over medium to medium high heat for 10 minutes, turning several times.
  • Remove the corn from the grill and let it cool slightly. Brush all sides with the mayo/sour cream mixture and roll each one in the Cheeto crumbs until evenly coated.
