Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 2 duck breasts or 3 cups chopped cooked duck meat
- 4 cups of chopped vegetables. I used: 1 1/2 leek stalks
- 2 medium carrots
- 3 medium celery stalks
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 4 Tbsp duck fat (or ghee or olive oil)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 1/2 cups duck broth (or chicken or vegetable broth)
- fresh sage
- fresh rosemary
- 3 Tbsp cassava flour
- 1/4 cup potato starch
- 3/4 cup cassava flour
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 tsp ground rosemary (I used a mortar and pestle, or you can use a spice grinder)
- 1/4 cup filtered water
- 1/4 tsp salt
