Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 28 ozs boiling potatoes
  • 1 Red onion
  • 4 Tbsps Sour cream
  • 2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
  • Wine vinegar
  • 4 Tbsps Vegetable broth
  • salt
  • 2 scallions
  • 11 ozs Smoked trout
  • 2 Tbsps Caper
  • 1 handful fresh Fresh herbs (e. g. parsley, cress)

Instruction

  • Wash the potatoes and steam for about 25 minutes, until cooked. Then peel, let steam dry and slice.
  • Peel and slice the onion.
  • Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, wine vinegar and vegetable broth to make a salad dressing. Wash, trim and finely chop the scallions. Mix with the salad dressing and season to taste with salt.
  • Mix the dressing with the potatoes and onions and spoon onto plates. Flake the smoked trout and scatter over the salad. Scatter with capers and herbs and serve.
