Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 28 ozs boiling potatoes
- 1 Red onion
- 4 Tbsps Sour cream
- 2 Tbsps Mayonnaise
- Wine vinegar
- 4 Tbsps Vegetable broth
- salt
- 2 scallions
- 11 ozs Smoked trout
- 2 Tbsps Caper
- 1 handful fresh Fresh herbs (e. g. parsley, cress)
Instruction
- Wash the potatoes and steam for about 25 minutes, until cooked. Then peel, let steam dry and slice.
- Peel and slice the onion.
- Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, wine vinegar and vegetable broth to make a salad dressing. Wash, trim and finely chop the scallions. Mix with the salad dressing and season to taste with salt.
- Mix the dressing with the potatoes and onions and spoon onto plates. Flake the smoked trout and scatter over the salad. Scatter with capers and herbs and serve.
