Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 ( 15 oz.) can refried beans
- 2 large avocados, peeled
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 teaspoon cilantro
- 1/2 cup diced tomato
- 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
Instruction
- In a medium bowl, mash avocados with lime juice, onion, cilantro, and diced tomato. In a baking dish, layer refried beans and guacamole. Top with cheese.
- Place olives in the top corner. Layer the cherry tomatoes in lines over dip. Serve with chips.
