Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • Handful of mint
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 4 oz bourbon ( or whiskey)
  • Ice
  • 8 oz champagne (6-8 oz champagne)

Instruction

  • Place mint in the bottom of your cocktail shaker and muddle.
  • Add ice and bourbon. Shake well until fully chilled, about 1 minute.
  • Strain and pour into two champagne flutes.
  • Top with champagne and additional mint for garnish. Serve.
