Ingredients
The following ingredients have 18 Servings
- 2 cups low fat Cottage Cheese (small curd, stirred)
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (stirred)
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley leaves
- 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed (not seed)
- 1 teaspoon Beau Monde seasoning OR 1/2 teaspoon each: celery seed (onion powder, salt)
- white pepper to taste (about 1/4 teaspoon)
Instruction
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix with large spoon.
- Serve with veggies, baguette slices or cut up pita wedges.
