Ingredients

The following ingredients have 18 Servings
  • 2 cups low fat Cottage Cheese (small curd, stirred)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (stirred)
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley leaves
  • 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed (not seed)
  • 1 teaspoon Beau Monde seasoning OR 1/2 teaspoon each: celery seed (onion powder, salt)
  • white pepper to taste (about 1/4 teaspoon)

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix with large spoon.
  • Serve with veggies, baguette slices or cut up pita wedges.
