- 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 cup flaked white fish, I used striped bass
- 1/4 cup red cabbage
- 1/4 cup grape tomatoes
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 lime
- 2 radishes
- salt and pepper
Instruction
- Place 1/2 cup cooked quinoa in a bowl. Top with flaked fish.
- Add toppings and drizzle everything with a generous amount squeeze of lime juice.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
