Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 24 whole Gorton's Crunchy Fish Sticks (pre-baked according to the package)
- 16 ounces Tater Tots (pre-baked according to the package)
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups of whole milk
- 1 tablespoon Frank's Red Hot Sauce
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 16 ounces shredded cheddar (hand grated melts the best)
Instruction
- Pre-cook the tater tots and Gorton's Fish Sticks according to the package instructions.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and spices until fully combined.
- Pour egg/milk mixture into a large casserole dish.
- Add 50% of the cooked tater tots onto the top of the egg mixture.
- Line with 50% of the cooked fish sticks on top.
- Add 1 cup of cheese, and repeat the process until you have another layer of tots, fish, and cheese.
- Bake for 35-40 mins at 375 Fahrenheit or until egg are fully cooked. The casserole should feel firm when gently pressed.
