Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 24 whole Gorton's Crunchy Fish Sticks (pre-baked according to the package)
  • 16 ounces Tater Tots (pre-baked according to the package)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups of whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon Frank's Red Hot Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
  • 16 ounces shredded cheddar (hand grated melts the best)

Instruction

  • Pre-cook the tater tots and Gorton's Fish Sticks according to the package instructions.   
  • In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and spices until fully combined.
  • Pour egg/milk mixture into a large casserole dish.
  •  Add 50% of the cooked tater tots onto the top of the egg mixture.
  • Line with 50% of the cooked fish sticks on top.
  • Add 1 cup of cheese, and repeat the process until you have another layer of tots, fish, and cheese. 
  •  Bake for 35-40 mins at 375 Fahrenheit or until egg are fully cooked. The casserole should feel firm when gently pressed.
