Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 Box Gorton's fish sticks
  • 1 Tbsp creole seasoning
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp horseradish sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sweet relish
  • 1/4 tsp creole seasoning
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 4 Tbsp butter

Instruction

  • Prepare Gorton's fish sticks according to manufacturers directions. When you remove them from the oven toss with 1 Tbsp creole seasoning. 
  • Meanwhile in a small bowl mix the remoulade sauce together. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • After the fish sticks are done remove from oven and keep warm. Turn oven to broil.
  • Butter inside of hoagie buns and place on baking sheet. Put in oven and broil until golden brown. Remove from oven. Layer with lettuce, fish sticks and remoulade sauce.
