The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4-6 Pieces Firm White Fish
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 Large Tomato chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic chopped
  • Small bunch Coriander
  • 1/2 Scotch Bonnet chilli chopped
  • 230 ml Water
  • 4 tbsp Flour
  • 2 tbsp Curry Powder
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil + extra for frying the fish
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Red Pepper chopped
  • 1 Spring Onion chopped
  • 4 tbsp Coriander Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
  • 2 tsp Black Peppercorns
  • 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
  • 50 ml Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 300 ml Long Grain Rice
  • 400 ml Water
  • 400 ml Coconut Milk
  • 400 g tin Gungo Peas drained and rinsed (or Kidney Beans if you can't find them)
