Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 boneless (skinless chicken breasts)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 1/4 cup homemade buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • Cooking fat
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 400 F.
  • Season the chicken breasts to taste on both sides with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Melt some cooking fat in a skillet over medium-high heat; brown the chicken for 2 to 3 minutes per side and place on a baking sheet.
  • Place the chicken in the oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Combine the garlic, honey, buffalo sauce, apple cider vinegar, and red pepper flakes in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Bring to a boil, lower the heat, and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Baste the chicken with the sauce and place back in the oven for another 10 to 12 minutes, basting every five minutes on both sides.
  • Serve the chicken with the remaining sauce.
