Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 16 ounces fresh black mission figs (ends trimmed and quartered)
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place trimmed and quartered figs into a small baking dish and drizzle vinegar and honey over top.
- Toss to coat figs.
- Cover with aluminum foil
- Bake figs for 15 minutes.
- Remove and let cool a few minutes then puree in blender for 1-2 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container for 1-2 weeks.
