Ingredients

The following ingredients have 22 Servings
  • 2 cups dried figs
  • 1/4 cup dried dates
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp honey (or other sweetener)
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup walnuts (toasted & chopped)
  • 1/4 cup pecans (toasted & chopped)

Instruction

  • In a blender or food processor combine the dried figs, dates, honey and vanilla, blend until broken down and well combined
  • Add the pecans and walnuts, pulse until the nuts have broken into small bits
  • Once blended, scoop out tablespoon sized amounts of the mixture and roll into balls, depending on the stickiness you can wet your hands a touch to make the balls easier to roll
  • Store the balls in the fridge in a sealed container for approximately a week, or you can keep them in the freezer for over a month
