Ingredients
The following ingredients have 22 Servings
- 2 cups dried figs
- 1/4 cup dried dates
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp honey (or other sweetener)
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup walnuts (toasted & chopped)
- 1/4 cup pecans (toasted & chopped)
Instruction
- In a blender or food processor combine the dried figs, dates, honey and vanilla, blend until broken down and well combined
- Add the pecans and walnuts, pulse until the nuts have broken into small bits
- Once blended, scoop out tablespoon sized amounts of the mixture and roll into balls, depending on the stickiness you can wet your hands a touch to make the balls easier to roll
- Store the balls in the fridge in a sealed container for approximately a week, or you can keep them in the freezer for over a month
