- 6 Figs
- 16 slices smoked duck legs
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 8 Skewer
Instruction
- Wash the figs and quarter lengthwise. Roll up the slices of duck breast.
- Thread onto skewers, alternating fig quarters with slices of duck breast. Season with salt and pepper.
- Fry briefly shortly before serving or serve cold.
