The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6 Figs
  • 16 slices smoked duck legs
  • salt
  • freshly ground peppers
  • 8 Skewer

Instruction

  • Wash the figs and quarter lengthwise. Roll up the slices of duck breast.
  • Thread onto skewers, alternating fig quarters with slices of duck breast. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Fry briefly shortly before serving or serve cold.
