Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1 lb. Extra Lean Ground Turkey
  • 1/2 c. Plum Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 tbsp. Red Onion, grated
  • 1 Clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Lime, zest and juice
  • 1 tbsp. Canola Oil or Light Olive Oil
  • Kosher Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper, to taste

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 
  • Add all ingredients together in a mixing bowl; then form into a rectangle shape and place in an oven safe baking dish. Bake for approximately 1 hour or until the proper internal temperature is reached.
