Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1 lb. Extra Lean Ground Turkey
- 1/2 c. Plum Tomatoes, diced
- 1 tbsp. Red Onion, grated
- 1 Clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. Fresh Cilantro, chopped
- 1 Lime, zest and juice
- 1 tbsp. Canola Oil or Light Olive Oil
- Kosher Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper, to taste
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Add all ingredients together in a mixing bowl; then form into a rectangle shape and place in an oven safe baking dish. Bake for approximately 1 hour or until the proper internal temperature is reached.
