Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • Fresh Prawns 250gms (cleaned rinsed in water.)
  • Fettuccine 150 gms
  • Onion- 2 (diced 1:4)
  • Red plum tomatoes- 3 diced
  • Garlic sliced- 2 tblspn
  • White/Black pepper- 1 tblspn
  • Parsley/Cilantro chopped- 2 tblspn
  • White wine- 1/4th cup
  • Olive oil- 1 tblspn
  • Red jalapeno copped- 1 tblspn

Instruction

  • Cook the Fettuccine al Dante as per pkt instruction. Strain the water. Save little water for future use.
  • In a pan pour olive oil. Add garlic. Stir for 1 min then add prawns. Cook till prawns have changed colour to pink. Add diced onion and jalapeno. Stir for 2 min.
  • Add tomatoes. Stir till tomatoes are little soft. Add pepper, salt and the pasta.Mix everything together in pan.
  • Add parsley. Taste the seasoning. If the pasta is too dry then add the saved pasta water.
  • Its ready to serve.
