Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 cups yellow and green zucchini, diced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- salt and pepper to taste
Instruction
- In a large saute pan, add your butter and when it's melted add the zucchini and thyme leaves. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Saute until the zucchini is softened and starting to brown.
- Take off the stove and scatter the feta cheese.
- Slowly fold in the feta and serve.
