Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 cups yellow and green zucchini, diced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instruction

  • In a large saute pan, add your butter and when it's melted add the zucchini and thyme leaves. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Saute until the zucchini is softened and starting to brown.
  • Take off the stove and scatter the feta cheese.
  • Slowly fold in the feta and serve.
