Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 3 medium ripe avocados (, peeled and pitted)
- 2/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 garlic clove (, minced or pressed)
- 2 tbsp chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper ((use less if you don't like it very spicy))
- 2 tbsp lemon or lime juice
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro ((optional))
- Blue Diamond Artisan Nut Thins Flax Seeds and Multi-Seeds for serving
Instruction
- You can use a food processor or a blender to make the dip creamy, or mash avocados with fork for a more chunky consistency. I like to use a food processor.
- In a food processor combine avocados, feta, garlic, onion, cayenne pepper, lemon/lime juice and cilantro. Blend until smooth. Season with salt. Serve with crackers.
