Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 3 medium ripe avocados (, peeled and pitted)
  • 2/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 garlic clove (, minced or pressed)
  • 2 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper ((use less if you don't like it very spicy))
  • 2 tbsp lemon or lime juice
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro ((optional))
  • Blue Diamond Artisan Nut Thins Flax Seeds and Multi-Seeds for serving

Instruction

  • You can use a food processor or a blender to make the dip creamy, or mash avocados with fork for a more chunky consistency. I like to use a food processor.
  • In a food processor combine avocados, feta, garlic, onion, cayenne pepper, lemon/lime juice and cilantro. Blend until smooth. Season with salt. Serve with crackers.
