Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 Bread loaf (or flatbreads)
  • Kalamata Olives (sliced)
  • Feta Cheese
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instruction

  • Slice the Turkish Bread in half lengthways and toast until golden brown. If using Pita, cut into smaller bit size pieces before lightly toasting.
  • Generously drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil on the toasted Turkish Bread
  • Crumble Feta Cheese on the flatbread, topped with the sliced Kalamata Olives
  • Serve immediately.
