Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2.5 cups Feta (crumbled)
  • 2 Tbsps parsley
  • 2 Tbsps chopped Dill
  • 1 Tbsp chopped mint
  • 4 sheets Rice paper (10 inch x 10 inch)
  • Oil (for deep frying)

Instruction

  • Mix the feta with the herbs in the cheese mix.
  • Cut each sheet of rice paper diagonally into 4 triangles.
  • Place on a surface with the triangle point facing upwards, parallel to the bottom side.
  • Spread 1 tablespoon of the filling on each triangle and roll up towards the tip. Brush the top with water to stick. Repeat with the remaining rice paper sheets and filling.
  • Heat the oil in a deep pan and fry the rolls for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper and serve immediately.
