Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 Fennel bulb
  • 1 Tbs Lemon Zest
  • 1 Tbs Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbs EVOO
  • 6 fresh Mint leaves julienned
  • 3 – 4 oz Burrata

Instruction

  • Wash and trim stem off of Fennel bulb
  • Thinly julienne the Fennel bulb and add it to a large bowl
  • Add Lemon Zest, Lemon Juice, EVOO, and Mint leaves
  • Mix well so all is coated evenly
  • Marinade for 10 minutes
  • Top with Burrata and enjoy!
