Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 Fennel bulb
- 1 Tbs Lemon Zest
- 1 Tbs Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbs EVOO
- 6 fresh Mint leaves julienned
- 3 – 4 oz Burrata
Instruction
- Wash and trim stem off of Fennel bulb
- Thinly julienne the Fennel bulb and add it to a large bowl
- Add Lemon Zest, Lemon Juice, EVOO, and Mint leaves
- Mix well so all is coated evenly
- Marinade for 10 minutes
- Top with Burrata and enjoy!
