- 2 green apples
- 1/4 large purple onion (cut into 1/2 slices)
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 4 Tablespoons avocado oil (or olive oil)
- 1 Tablespoon lemon (juice of)
- 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon honey ((can use maple syrup for vegan but prefer honey))
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
