The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon parsley (fresh, finely chopped)
  • salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 1/2 cups fava beans ((or 1 pound shucked fresh fava beans))
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen or drained canned corn (I used fire roasted corn from Trader Joe's)
  • 1/2 cup red onion (thinly sliced )
  • 1/4 cup red cabbage (finely chopped)
