  • 1 pita bread (cut into squares and toasted)
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts (toasted with olive oil in a pan until golden)
  • 2 tablespoons parsley leaves (chopped)
  • 1½ teaspoons sumac (to garnish, optional)
