Ingredients

The following ingredients have 3 Servings
  • 12 oz. coleslaw mix *
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon distilled white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon tahini
  • 1 teaspoon white miso *
  • 1 Tablespoon tamari *
  • 1 Tablespoon organic maple syrup
  • ½ to 1 teaspoon minced ginger (+/-)
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Pinch sea salt (+/-) *

Instruction

  • Place all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl, whisk to combine. Set aside.
  • Place the coleslaw mix and green onion slices in a bowl, toss to mix; drizzle the dressing over the mixture and toss to combine.Taste the coleslaw, add more seasoning if desired.
  • Serve as a delicious side salad, in a sandwich, or wrap.
