Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 8 slices Italian bread
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter
  • 1/2 cupcup Vermont white cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Reggiano cheese (grated)
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese (freshly crumbled)

Instruction

  • Add the butter to a large skillet or griddle and heat on medium (or 375°--for griddle).
  • Once the butter is melted, place two slices down and press into the butter. Immediately top with the white cheddar, parmesan and crumble the blue cheese over top. Top with more white cheddar and place the second slice of bread on top. Cover and cook until the bottom slice is golden brown, then flip, cover and repeat.
  • Serve with chips, soup or by itself!
