Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups stuffing (prepared to package instructions)
- 2 cups broccoli floretts (steamed)
- 2 cups chicken (cooked, cubed or shredded lightly about 2 lbs)
- 4 tablespoons salted butter
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon stone-ground mustard
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar (divided)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 4 tablespoons salted butter (melted)
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease a 9x13 pan or 3 1/2 quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Spread the cooked stuffing out over the bottom of the pan in an even layer. Top with steamed broccoli florets and cooked chicken.
