Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups stuffing (prepared to package instructions)
  • 2 cups broccoli floretts (steamed)
  • 2 cups chicken (cooked, cubed or shredded lightly about 2 lbs)
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter
  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon stone-ground mustard
  • 2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar (divided)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter (melted)

Instruction

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease a 9x13 pan or 3 1/2 quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Spread the cooked stuffing out over the bottom of the pan in an even layer. Top with steamed broccoli florets and cooked chicken.
