Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 date (pit removed)
- 1 fig
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup walnuts (chopped for serving)
Instruction
- In a food processor or blender, combine fig, date chia seeds and pumpkin puree. Blend until smooth.
- Add coconut milk, maple syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg and blend until smooth.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or overnight.
- Serve garnished with chopped walnuts and a sprinkling of cinnamon
