Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 date (pit removed)
  • 1 fig
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup walnuts (chopped for serving)

Instruction

  • In a food processor or blender, combine fig, date chia seeds and pumpkin puree. Blend until smooth.
  • Add coconut milk, maple syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg and blend until smooth.
  • Refrigerate for 1-2 hours or overnight.
  • Serve garnished with chopped walnuts and a sprinkling of cinnamon
