Ingredients
The following ingredients have 15 Servings
- 3 bananas (mashed)
- 1/2 cup apple sauce
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/4 cup agave syrup
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes (sweetened or unsweetened)
- 1 cup almonds (sliced)
- 2/3 cup dried apricots (chopped)
- 1/2 cup pecans (chopped)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix whisk together the bananas, apple sauce, pumpkin puree, agave syrup, milk and vanilla extract.
- To it add the remainder of the ingredients and mix using a big wooden spoon. Pour in a ungreased 9x13 inch baking dish and spread evenly. I sprinkled the top with additional sliced almonds, but this step is optional.
- Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until just golden brown.
- Cut into 15 squares and serve.
