Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 13.2 oz sheet of puff pastry, thawed
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 oz plain cream cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup fresh green onion, finely sliced
  • 3 oz smoked salmon, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning

Instruction

  • Pre-heat oven to 350°F. 
  • Place an 8-inch Slipmat on the bottom of an 9-inch quiche pan. If you do not have a Slipmat use a round piece of parchment paper that will fit into the 
  • Press puff pastry into the pan and push the dough all the way up the sides of the pan. Trim any dough that hanger over the sides. 
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs and the milk till frothy. Whisk in the salt and pepper, and set aside. 
  • Place pieces of cream cheese in the pan. Next add the green onion, 1/4 cup Gouda, and then the salmon. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of bagel seasoning over the cream cheese, onion, and salmon. Pour egg mixture evenly over the top. 
  • Top with 1/2 cup shredded Gouda and remaining 1/2 tbsp of seasoning. 
  • Place on a baking tray and place in the oven for 40 minutes. Allow the quiche to rest for about 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy.
