Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 lbs Medium Cut Pork Chops (bone in or boneless)
  • Steak Seasoning (to Taste)
  • 1 Small Head Cabbage (Chopped into thick chunks (approximately 4 cups))
  • 2 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • Salt and Pepper ( to Taste)

Instruction

  • Season Pork Chops with steak seasoning and place down in a 6-8 quart electric pressure cooker.
  • Add cabbage and broth, then salt and pepper to taste.
  • Top with butter and cook under high pressure for 10-12 minutes.
  • Allow your pressure cooker to naturally release for 15 minutes before switching to quick release if desired.
