Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 lbs Medium Cut Pork Chops (bone in or boneless)
- Steak Seasoning (to Taste)
- 1 Small Head Cabbage (Chopped into thick chunks (approximately 4 cups))
- 2 Cups Chicken Broth
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- Salt and Pepper ( to Taste)
Instruction
- Season Pork Chops with steak seasoning and place down in a 6-8 quart electric pressure cooker.
- Add cabbage and broth, then salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with butter and cook under high pressure for 10-12 minutes.
- Allow your pressure cooker to naturally release for 15 minutes before switching to quick release if desired.
