- Canola Oil, for frying
- 4 c. Part Skim Finely Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 3 c. Prepared Marinara Sauce
- 1 tbsp. EVOO
- 2- 28(ounce) cans Crushed Tomatoes
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2- 6(ounce) cans Tomato Paste
- 2 tbsp. Fresh Basil, chopped
- 2 tbsp. Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1/4 c. Pecorino Romano Cheese, grated
- 28 ounces Water
