  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour

  • Fresh cracked black pepper

  • 1 Vidalia onion
  • 2 medium carrot
  • 5-6 garlic cloves
  • 28 oz can crushed tomatoes ((or diced))
  • 8 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp fresh minced basil
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp white granulated sugar
  • 3 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tbsp dried parsley
  • fresh basil (optional)
