Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 1/2 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup 2% Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup eggnog
- 1/4 cup almond milk ((or milk of your choice))
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
Instruction
- Combine old-fashioned oats, chia seeds, Greek yogurt, eggnog, almond milk, nutmeg, and cinnamon in a mason jar; cover; and shake to combine. If your jar isn't big enough, mix together in a bowl before putting in mason jar.
- Refrigerate overnight, or for at least 8 hours.
- Before eating, top with crushed pecans and peppermint candy, if you desire.
