Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Nutmeg or Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 1/2 cups eggnog
  • 1 loaf of Brioche bread
  • 2-3 teaspoons butter

Instruction

  • Whisk together the eggs, nutmeg and eggnog until combined.
  • Melt 1 teaspoon of butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Dip a piece of bread into the egg mixture until covered on both sides. Cook the bread for about 2 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Serve with maple syrup and whipped cream or fresh berries.
