Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 cups eggnog ((any store-bought brand))
- 2 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups steel cut oats
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dried cherries, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Instruction
- Coat inside of 3 1/2 quart slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Add all ingredients to slow cooker. Stir; cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until oats are cooked and tender. Serve with additional eggnog and a sprinkling of pumpkin pie spice.
