Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 200 gm condensed milk
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 100 ml aerated water Plain soda
Instruction
- Firstly, grease a round cake tin with butter and dust with all-purpose flour, and keep it aside.
- Secondly, preheat the oven at 180 c for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, do the preparations for the eggless vanilla sponge cake.
- Now, sieve all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and keep it aside in a bowl.
- Mix together and beat condensed milk, butter, and vanilla essence.
- Add the above dry ingredients to condensed milk mixture and add aerated water | plain soda and beat for a minute.
- Finally, pour the cake mixture into the prepared greased tin and tap it once to remove all the air.
- Bake it in a pre-heated oven at 180 C for 35-40 minutes. Towards the end check it with a toothpick, if it comes out clean, your cake is baked properly.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Now unmould the cake, dust some icing sugar and cut into pieces and serve.
