Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 200 gm condensed milk
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 100 ml aerated water Plain soda

Instruction

  • Firstly, grease a round cake tin with butter and dust with all-purpose flour, and keep it aside.
  • Secondly, preheat the oven at 180 c for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, do the preparations for the eggless vanilla sponge cake.
  • Now, sieve all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and keep it aside in a bowl.
  • Mix together and beat condensed milk, butter, and vanilla essence.
  • Add the above dry ingredients to condensed milk mixture and add aerated water | plain soda and beat for a minute.
  • Finally, pour the cake mixture into the prepared greased tin and tap it once to remove all the air.
  • Bake it in a pre-heated oven at 180 C for 35-40 minutes. Towards the end check it with a toothpick, if it comes out clean, your cake is baked properly.
  • Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes at room temperature.
  • Now unmould the cake, dust some icing sugar and cut into pieces and serve.
