  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup cilantro leaves, (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 flax egg ((or 1 egg if you are not egg-restricted - see notes))
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Greek yogurt sauce for serving ((optional) )
  • 1 tablespoon golden flaxseed meal
  • 3 tablespoons water
