The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup cooked lentils, (drained (see notes))
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, (finely chopped)
- 1/2 cup cilantro leaves, (finely chopped)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 flax egg ((or 1 egg if you are not egg-restricted - see notes))
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Greek yogurt sauce for serving ((optional) )
- 1 tablespoon golden flaxseed meal
- 3 tablespoons water
