Ingredients
The following ingredients have 10 Servings
- whole wheat flour 2 cups
- sugar 1 cup
- cocoa powder 1/2 cup
- vegetable oil 1 cup
- curd 1/2 cup
- milk 1/2 cup
- baking powder 1 tsp
- baking soda 1 tsp
- dark chocolate compound 100g approx one bar
Instruction
- Sift the dry ingredients viz.wheat flour , baking soda ,baking powder and cocoa powder together to ensure a uniform mixture.
- Mix in the wet ingredients viz. oil, curd and milk.
- Grease the baking pan and pour in the mixture.
- Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius .Bake for 30-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes clean .
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and pour over the cake. Slice it and enjoy a guilt free bite.
