Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • whole wheat flour 2 cups
  • sugar 1 cup
  • cocoa powder 1/2 cup
  • vegetable oil 1 cup
  • curd 1/2 cup
  • milk 1/2 cup
  • baking powder 1 tsp
  • baking soda 1 tsp
  • dark chocolate compound 100g approx one bar

Instruction

  • Sift the dry ingredients viz.wheat flour , baking soda ,baking powder and cocoa powder together to ensure a uniform mixture.
  • Mix in the wet ingredients viz. oil, curd and milk.
  • Grease the baking pan and pour in the mixture.
  • Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius .Bake for 30-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes clean .
  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and pour over the cake. Slice it and enjoy a guilt free bite.
