The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1/2 Whole wheat English Muffins
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 1/4 Plum tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instruction

  • I poach my eggs soft for mine, but you can fry them or cook them how you want. Toast your English muffin, slice your tomato into a large slice, and slice your avocado into a nice thick slice as well. Once your English muffin is toasted to your liking, add the tomato, avocado, salt and pepper to taste and then set your egg on top of it. And voila, a fast, easy and healthy breakfast.
