Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6 large hard boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (I used Hellmann's Light)
  • 1/2 tsp dry dill weed
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instruction

  • Peel the eggs and rinse off any shell.
  • Chop the eggs.
  • Mix the ingredients with a fork, mashing down with the tines occasionally to break up the yolk and whites.
  • Serve over salad, on sandwich, or with crackers.
