Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 6 large hard boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise (I used Hellmann's Light)
- 1/2 tsp dry dill weed
- salt & pepper to taste
Instruction
- Peel the eggs and rinse off any shell.
- Chop the eggs.
- Mix the ingredients with a fork, mashing down with the tines occasionally to break up the yolk and whites.
- Serve over salad, on sandwich, or with crackers.
