Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2+2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 200 g Ground Chicken
  • 2 tsp Garlic (Minced)
  • 2 tsp Ginger (Minced)
  • 1/2 cup Onion (Diced)
  • 1/2 cup Cabbage (Shredded)
  • 1/2 cup Mushroom (Diced)
  • 1/2 cup Capsicum (Diced)
  • 1/2 cup Carrots (Diced)
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Spring Onion (Chopped)
  • 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Seeds

Instruction

  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok.
  • When the oil is hot, add the ground chicken and cook until the chicken turns brown and is perfectly cooked.
  • Push the chicken on the side of the wok.
  • Add another 2 tbsp of oil in the wok and add ginger and garlic.
  • Fry for a few seconds.
  • Add onion and fry till translucent.
  • Add cabbage, mushroom, capsicum, carrots, black pepper powder, salt, red chilli sauce, soy sauce and rice vinegar.
  • Increase the heat and mix everything in the wok. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Garnish with spring onion greens and toasted sesame seeds and serve hot.
