Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2+2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 200 g Ground Chicken
- 2 tsp Garlic (Minced)
- 2 tsp Ginger (Minced)
- 1/2 cup Onion (Diced)
- 1/2 cup Cabbage (Shredded)
- 1/2 cup Mushroom (Diced)
- 1/2 cup Capsicum (Diced)
- 1/2 cup Carrots (Diced)
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Red Chilli sauce
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Rice Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Spring Onion (Chopped)
- 1 tsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
Instruction
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok.
- When the oil is hot, add the ground chicken and cook until the chicken turns brown and is perfectly cooked.
- Push the chicken on the side of the wok.
- Add another 2 tbsp of oil in the wok and add ginger and garlic.
- Fry for a few seconds.
- Add onion and fry till translucent.
- Add cabbage, mushroom, capsicum, carrots, black pepper powder, salt, red chilli sauce, soy sauce and rice vinegar.
- Increase the heat and mix everything in the wok. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Garnish with spring onion greens and toasted sesame seeds and serve hot.
