Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1/2 small onion (diced)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 bag coleslaw mix (16 oz)
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 2 green onions (sliced)
Instruction
- In a large skillet or pot, bround the ground pork with the onion and minced garlic.
- Once the pork is browned stir in the broth, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, soy sauce, and broth. Stir to combine.
- Stir in the coleslaw mix and shredded carrots.
- Cook over medium heat for about 7 minutes or until the slaw and carrots are soft.
- Serve with sliced green onions on top.
