Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1/2 small onion (diced)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 bag coleslaw mix (16 oz)
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 green onions (sliced)

Instruction

  • In a large skillet or pot, bround the ground pork with the onion and minced garlic.
  • Once the pork is browned stir in the broth, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, soy sauce, and broth. Stir to combine.
  • Stir in the coleslaw mix and shredded carrots.
  • Cook over medium heat for about 7 minutes or until the slaw and carrots are soft.
  • Serve with sliced green onions on top.
