Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 4 Boiled Eggs
- 2 tablespoons oil ((Preferably coconut oil))
- ½ teaspoon Mustard Seeds
- ½ teaspoon Fennel Seeds
- 2 cups onions (sliced thin (about 2 to 3 medium onions))
- 1 teaspoon Ginger (, crushed)
- 1 teaspoon Garlic (, crushed)
- 1 sprig Curry Leaves
- ¼ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- ¾ to 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder ((adjust to taste))
- ¼ to ½ teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 2 teaspoons Coriander Powder
- 1 medium Tomato (, finely chopped (about ⅓ cup))
- ¼ cup hot water
- ½ teaspoon salt ((more if needed))
Instruction
- Boil the 4 eggs and deshell. Poke them with a fork randomly or make slits on it. Set it aside.
