Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 TBSP Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instruction

  • Remove pit and peel from avocados.
  • Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend at medium speed until mixed and emulsified.
  • Enjoy!
