Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/2 cup shelled edamame beans
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup cilantro (roughly chopped)
- 6 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
Instruction
- Put all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Serve with nacho chips or pita bread.
