Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 12 ounces edamame (shelled and thawed if frozen)
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 2 sprigs mint (optional)
  • salt to taste

Instruction

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Remove and devour!
