Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 12 ounces edamame (shelled and thawed if frozen)
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 2 sprigs mint (optional)
- salt to taste
Instruction
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Remove and devour!
