Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 12 ounce bag shelled edamame soybeans
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup avocado
  • 1/4 cup water (or more if desired)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt

Instruction

  • Mix all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
