Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 4 cups hearty salad greens (I used purple kale, green kale, swiss chard and baby spinach)
  • 1 cup Blue Diamond Lightly Salted Almonds
  • 1 cup pomegranate arils
  • 3 California Mandarin oranges, peeled, segmented, and the segments cut into thirds
  • Dressing, see notes

Instruction

  • Add your clean chopped greens to the bottom of a medium serving dish. Add the almonds, pomegranate arils, and mandarin orange pieces. Serve with your favorite basic vinaigrette, orange juice vinaigrette, or a poppy seed dressing.
